Draft for Ryan McCabe to check before this page goes live. It is not legal advice. Do not treat it as the final contract with a cleaner.
Terms

Who we are
This website is run by Inicio Digital. Ryan McCabe is responsible for it. Email hello@iniciodigital.co.uk.
What this site is
The site lets a window cleaner check whether a postcode district is free and book a call. Checking a postcode, answering the questions, or joining the waiting list is not an order and does not by itself create a contract.
Districts
A district is exclusive for 4 months from each payment, renewed every time you order. During that time we do not sell the same district to another cleaner. If you do not order again, the district can be offered to someone else.
Payment
Small deposit to start. You only pay the remaining balance after the batch is delivered. The call is where the details of a batch are agreed. Nothing on this page is the invoice.
Results on the site
Figures shown for other businesses come from their dashboards. They are examples of what happened for them. They are not a promise of the same result for you.
Your information
How we use personal data is set out in the privacy policy on this site.
Liability
We are not liable for losses that we could not reasonably expect, or for decisions you make from the examples on the site. Nothing here limits liability that UK law does not allow us to limit, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
Law
These draft terms are written for a UK business. Ryan should confirm which UK legal system applies, and which courts, before this page is treated as final.
