Privacy policy

Inicio Digital is the controller of the personal data collected on this website. Ryan McCabe is the person responsible. To ask about your data, email hello@iniciodigital.co.uk.

If you check a postcode and answer the questions, we collect:

• Your answers: what you clean, how long you have been trading, the size of your round, how many new customers you could take, your minimum job price, your cleaning frequency, and whether the batch price works for you.
• Contact details: first name, business name, mobile number and email.
• The postcode you enter, and the postcode district we read from it.

If you join the waiting list, we collect your name, email, mobile number, postcode, and your agreement to be contacted about that area.

If you arrive from an advert, we also store the page you landed on, the site that referred you, and the advertising parameters in the link (such as utm tags and a Meta click id), so we can see which advert the enquiry came from.

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To book a call.
• To run the waiting list and contact you if an area opens.
• To measure ads, only if you accept the marketing cookie.

Replying and booking a call is a step you asked us to take before any contract. We also have a legitimate interest in answering people who ask about the service.

The waiting list relies on your agreement to be contacted about that area. You can ask us to take you off it.

The marketing cookie relies on consent. Rejecting it leaves the Meta pixel off. You can change your mind by clearing this site's data in your browser and choosing again.

We use these processors. They handle data for us and do not decide why it is used:

• GoHighLevel, for customer records, messages and the booking calendar.
• Supabase, for the database that stores the waiting list and which postcode districts are taken.
• Vercel, for hosting this website.
• Meta, for the Meta pixel, and only after you accept the marketing cookie. If you reject it, the pixel does not load.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Email us if you want the current list of locations and the safeguards they use. Ryan should confirm this paragraph before the page goes live.

These periods are a draft for Ryan to confirm. They are not a record of a decision already made:

• Enquiry and booking details: 24 months after our last contact with you, then deleted.
• Waiting list: until we tell you the area has opened, or you ask to be removed, and for no longer than 24 months.
• Your cookie choice: stored in your browser until you clear it.

You can ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict how we use it, or to object. Where we rely on consent, you can withdraw it. Where the law allows, you can ask for the data you gave us to be sent to you or to another service. Email hello@iniciodigital.co.uk. We will reply within one month.

You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would like the chance to put things right first, so please email us as well.

This site asks before it sets a marketing cookie. The cookie is Meta's, and it is used to measure ads. The pixel script loads only after you press Accept. Reject leaves it off. Browsers with JavaScript turned off do not load the pixel either: there is no fallback image that would record a visit without a choice.
